Rich and I (and ALL of our guests) want to thank you,
Tamara and Chelsea for such a professional job.
We cannot fault your service, presentation, and attention
to detail. The girls were so efficient and always one
step ahead- they even took my speech cards and
empty glass after my speech, and handed me a fresh glass
of champagne and even helped put my friend back to bed
after a rather large night Friday.
Everything ran smoothly, the food was great, the drinks
were icy cold and Rich and I relaxed as soon as we realised
how good your staff were. They left the kitchen
spotless which made it very easy to prepare for later
in the night.
Please pass on a huge thanks- they worked so hard and
it was such a hot day! They were so polite and friendly
and everyone noticed.

Just wanted to say thank you
for your amazing food, hard work and help with our wedding
party on Saturday 17/11/07. The food and service was
great and words cannot express how wonderful Michael
and all the staff were on the night. It made the
night really stress free for us and our family
and we were all able to relax and enjoy the night.
We cannot praise your business enough and would recommend
you to anyone who wants high quality food and friendly

Dear Hot Rock Catering,
Just a quick email to say what a wonderful job your
company did catering for my wedding on the 20/12/08
at Red Head Surf Club. The wedding guest commented on
how nice and fresh the food was. The one concern I did
have was whether there would be enough food but I needn’t
have worried as there was so much food there was left
overs! The cake was amazing and exactly like the pictured
I supplied. You exceeded my expectations by providing
the top tier of the cake when I thought it would just
be cup cakes! The staff where professional and friendly
and went above and beyond there role by helping tidy
the lolly table I had set up amongst other things. We
where extremely happy with the service you provided
for our wedding and will be using your company again
and recommending you to all our family and friends.

Hi Melissa,
Thank you so much for everything which you did while
organising our wedding catering. Our guests are still
talking about the food. =) We were completely over the
moon with, not only the quality of the food which was
served at the wedding (which was stunning by the way),
but also with the ongoing outstanding service we received
