Each year, Restaurant & Catering NSW conducts the Visa International Awards for Excellence throughout NSW and the ACT. At a gala event held in June 2008, Rock events + catering took out the Wedding Caterer!! Offsite Award in the Hunter Awards for Excellence for the second year in a row!!.

Dear Melissa and Michael,

Unsure if you have heard from Josh, we had a ball.

It was a fantastic surprise for our guests and they equally enjoyed
the meals. My girlfriend Danielle rang the following day to say thank
you and it was the best food she has had in Newcastle and I'm proud she
was able to experience that in our own home.

Michael was so professional, his presence was a pleasure and we
are greatly appreciative of his fine efforts in our small kitchen!

This was certainly a night to remember, and look forward to when
a special occasion comes around again.

Thank you so much for Saturday night.
The food was fabulous..... as always!.  Everyone raved and were very impressed. The cocktails were exactly as I was hoping and were so good that what I expected would be one round to begin with... continued as an all night requested!.  We got to bed at 4.

The only regret we had was we wish we had asked you to keep one of everything so we could enjoy it all again the next day.... as being so busy on the night I didn't take it all in.  I knew you wouldn't let us down. We have already begun talk of what we can do with you next  thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!  oxoxoxo!
