Proprietors
Michael
and Melissa take enormous pride in what they offer.
Melissa’s extensive Event Management experience
ranges from the Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation being
Banquet Co-ordinator at the Hindley Park Royal in Adelaide
and then Potts Point in Sydney to being the Event Co-ordinator
at the Australian Jockey Club, Randwick, organising
social events and major race days for literally thousands
of guests.
Here
in Newcastle Melissa enjoys co-ordinating over 30 weddings
a year and large events from conception to completion
with such companies as Tomago Aluminium, OneSteel, Newcastle
Permanent and Worley Parsons to name just a few. Visit

Michael’s
fifteen years spent in Sydney and two years in Europe
training at Michelin star restaurants in France, Italy
and Switzerland, a career highlighted by two years as
Penfolds Wine’s Executive Chef at the Magill Estate
Restaurant and two years as head chef at Buon Ricordo
(voted as Sydney’s best Italian restaurant
for the last 10 years by the SMH) has a strong
belief that service, the best possible ingredients and
simplicity are at the heart of a great meal.

with a staff of 30 they make the successful team that

platters delivered to your office, to a cocktail party
